1. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service. The Provider may update the Terms at any time; the updated version applies from its publication on this page.

2. Nature of the Service

SANALIFE is an online editorial magazine dedicated to health, nutrition, wellbeing, supplements, fitness and mental health. The content is informational and educational only and does not constitute medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. Always consult your physician or a qualified professional before making any decisions regarding your health.

3. Registration and user account

Some features (commenting, bookmarking, listening tracking, etc.) require creating a free account. When registering, you agree to:

• provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your credentials confidential and not share them with third parties;
• be solely responsible for any activity carried out under your account;
• promptly notify the Provider of any unauthorized use.

You can delete your account at any time from the "Account" section of the mobile app or by writing to info@studio09.it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

4. User-Generated Content

By posting comments, interactions or any other content ("User Content"), you grant the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and reproduce it within the Service for the time the content remains online.

You remain the owner of your User Content and are solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Content — Zero-Tolerance Policy

It is expressly forbidden to publish, transmit or distribute through the Service content that is offensive or inappropriate. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material;
• content inciting hatred, discrimination or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or social status;
• defamatory, threatening, harassing or intimidating content;
• insults, vulgar language, bullying or cyberbullying;
• promotion of illegal activities, drug use, self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
• spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing, scams or pyramid schemes;
• infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
• disclosure of third parties' personal data without consent;
• malware, viruses or malicious code;
• false, misleading or health-related misinformation;
• anything contrary to law, public morals or public order.

The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content deemed in violation, suspend or permanently ban the accounts of offenders and report them to the competent authorities where required. Offensive content reported or detected is typically removed within 24 hours.

6. Reporting abuse and blocking users

Any user may report inappropriate User Content by writing to info@studio09.it indicating the page URL, the author and a brief description of the reason. Reports are reviewed promptly. You may also request to block an abusive user by the same means.

7. Intellectual property

All content published on the Service by the Provider (texts, images, logos, graphics, audio, videos, software) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belongs to the Provider or its licensors. No use, reproduction or distribution is allowed without prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

The brand "SANALIFE" and associated logos are the exclusive property of STUDIO 09 S.R.L.

8. Permitted and prohibited use

You undertake to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It is forbidden to:

• circumvent security systems or access restricted areas without authorization;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to extract content en masse;
• interfere with or disrupt the regular operation of the Service;
• resell, redistribute or exploit commercially content of the Service without authorization;
• impersonate other persons or entities.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. The Provider does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites. Access is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content.

The Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence pursuant to mandatory law.

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may terminate your account at any time as set out in section 3.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pistoia, without prejudice to mandatory protections for consumers under their country of residence.
